How to track the performance of your incentive campaigns?

After a successful release of the campaign, you will be directed to the campaign details page. Here, you can review the information set up, track participation status, and monitor reward distribution.

1. Participation

In the Participation tab, you can

1. View user participation data, including the number of participants, the total number of credentials distributed in this campaign, and the total number of each reward distributed in this campaign.

2. View the reward types distributed in this activity.

3. View the quantity of each credential distributed in this campaign. You can also copy the credential ID to set up customized credential use cases on your website.

4. View and track each participant's progress in participating.

2. Reward

In the Reward tab, you can view the distribution details of each reward, including:

1. Distribution Method: There are two methods - 'fcfs' and 'lucky draw.'

2. Distribution Status

3. Winners List:

   1. For FCFS, the winners list will be dynamically updated based on user participation, until all rewards are distributed.

   2. For Lucky Draw, the winners list will be generated at the end of the campaign.

💡 You can click on Winners at any time to view the winners list and track the claim status

3. Campaign Info

In the Campaign Info tab, you can:

1. View the participation link for the campaign and copy it to invite your community and users to participate.

2. Review the credential group & rewards which are set up during the 「new campaign」proceess.

3. View the campaign schedule.

4. View the campaign description.

💡Regardless of whether the campaign is ongoing or completed, you can effortlessly access the Participation and Reward data by clicking the card, enabling you to assess the effectiveness of the campaign!
